The Town of Danvers, MA, will simplify its permitting and licensing processes through a partnership with OpenGov, the leader in modern cloud ERP software for our nation’s cities, counties, and state agencies.
The Town, near Massachusetts’ northeast coast, decided to deploy OpenGov Citizen Services to simplify permitting and licensing processes after it realized it had outgrown its legacy software, Full Circle.

Using OpenGov Citizen Services, Town residents and business owners can log on to apply and pay for needed permits and licenses. Town staff can track the progress of these applications that will flow automatically through department reviews, giving staff time to focus on high-priority initiatives. With OpenGov online permitting software, the Town can also schedule and record results of property inspection visits, allow for online code violation submissions, and automate license renewals. Staff can pull and share performance reports that show revenue, the number of applications received, and project costs across departments.

The Town of Danvers joins more than 1,000 public sector organizations leveraging OpenGov to revolutionize work processes with cloud-based software designed specifically for the needs of government.
